Personal Checks (with name and address printed on them) and Money Orders.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
Shipping:
The Ferret Trading Post offers free shipping to addresses in the United
States only. We usually ship via United States Postal Service (Super Monster
Packs are shipped in flat-rate Priority Mail boxes, books as Media Mail). If you have
questions about shipping, please contact us.

Sales Tax:
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to NY state. Sales tax is not calculated by the shopping cart because NY state has one of the most complicated sales tax structures known to mankind. Please email us to tell us where you live in NY
state and your local sales tax rate (if you know it) and we will tell you
how to place your order.
Returns:
If you need to return a defective/incorrect/unwanted item, please follow
these guidelines:
1. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by
e-mailing us (see our contact page) with the
reason for the return. We will not accept any returns without a valid RMA.
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the
item(s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.
